A week ago, I went on an awesome trip to Dahab, Egypt.
Dahab is a small beach town near the better-known tourist town of Sharm-El-Sheikh.
However, unlike it’s more glamorous big-sister Sharm, Dahab is “off the beaten path”… Very primitive and raw, with a shaky (sometimes no) internet connection, and salt water that comes out of the taps. The strip of shops and beach-front restaurants have a laid-back, hustle-bustle, and are interwoven with abandoned buildings which give you the sense that time stopped years ago at this beach town.
A place where you just switch off, watch the sun rise and set, and eat fresh fish… All you need to pack is a swimsuit and some flipflops and you’re good to go 🙂
Here’s the story – enjoy!
