Please wait until your delivery window has closed before contacting us about late or missing orders as we won’t be able to do anything until this time has passed. For example, if you have an order coming on standard delivery, you would need to wait for the full 5 days after dispatch before contacting us.

Standard delivery to mainland UK
With standard delivery, your order should be dispatched in 1-2 working days and will be with you in an estimated 3-5 working days.
Next day delivery to mainland UK
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 4pm from Monday to Thursday with qualifying products. If you order before 4pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday.
Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses
If you need your order delivering to an address in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, the delivery charges will be as follows:
For deliveries in Northern Ireland, if the delivery is to a business address, you will need to obtain an XI EORI number from the local tax authorities. If you're a residential customer, you won't need an EORI number.
On certain products you can take advantage of our White Glove home assembly and delivery service. Our professional service will not only deliver your item to you, but also unpack it, assemble it in a room of your choice, and demonstrate it for you. If you have an old item, we can also take this away for you and dispose of it accordingly.

When you order a made-to-order product you'll be given either an estimated delivery date or an idea of how long it may take to arrive. Any delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will update you as soon as we can if there's a delay.
Sometimes our larger products may need additional details from you before they can be dispatched, such as access to the property. We'll be in touch with you for these additional details, should you order one of these items.
Occasionally we might be out of stock of a product. If your order contains a product that we're waiting for more stock on, we may dispatch the rest of your order first and then the missing item later, with no extra charge for postage. In the event of this happening, we'll be in touch with you to let you know.
