Insurance for any high value mobility product valued up to £7,500.
Provided by our specialist insurance partner Mark Bates Ltd, this specially designed policy has been created to keep you mobile and independent, even if the unexpected happens. The policy is the most comprehensive on the market covering areas such as:
- 24/7 National breakdown recovery available on a free phone number ensuring you and your equipment can get home if you are ever stranded within 50 miles of your home
- Replacement on a 'new for old' basis
- Personal liability providing legal liability for accidental injury to any person or damage to property
- Loss or damage as a consequence of any sudden, unexpected and accidental cause, including fire, theft, storm and flood
- Hire costs should similar equipment need to be hired whilst yours is in for repair following insured damage
- Temporary cover on similar mobility equipment whilst on hire to you

By purchasing an insurance plan you confirm that you have read and understood the Insurance Product Information Document and the Terms of Business Agreement. You agree to your information being passed to Mark Bates Ltd for the provision of insurance and to the Insurer for the purpose of accepting insurance and handling any claims, where if necessary, it may be divulged to third parties, provided your information will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

- Personal injury/accidental death cover of up to £1,000
- Temporary hire cover up to £7 a day
- Hospitalisation benefit cover up to £7 a day
