All orders are created as soon as your order is received. Please allow 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. You will be contacted as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Although the shipping fee fully covers shipping and handling, I cannot be held responsible for any customs charges, or duties costs that may incur with your order. Thanks for understanding.
Please know that all necessary steps and precautions are taken when packaging your art to help ensure safe arrival. I cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur in transit, although in extreme cases, please email me with a photograph of the damaged package and art, and I will see what I can do.
It’s really important to me that you love your art.
If you are not fully satisfied with your piece when it arrives, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
If you have ordered a commissioned art piece, I am unable to offer a refund. However, the process I have in place to create commissioned pieces allows you to see the progress of your piece before it is finalised and shipped out to you.
If you would like a refund on your order within 48 hours of ordering, please let me know, as I am unable to refund shipping costs on orders once they have shipped out. I am not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address being provided. If you realise you’ve made an error, please email me immediately. If your order has already been shipped out, I can only resend it if it comes back to me in perfect condition, although you’ll be charged for re-shipping.
